Hi! My name is Alexis and I am the Head of Support at Bandsintown. All questions, comments, and feedback from artists, fans, and venues come to the support team. We respond to all cases and do our best to fix any issues ourselves. We also work with the developers for any technical problems and pass on feedback and suggestions to our product team. I love music and I love helping people so I really enjoy this job! I studied Music Business and Music History at UCLA and my favorite artists are Gavin DeGraw, twenty one pilots, Panic! at the Disco, and Justin Bieber. I also love playing escape rooms and spending time with family and friends. Nice to meet you!

Hey everyone, I’m Cassidy if we haven’t met already. Cass for short! I’m 23 and reside in sunny San Diego, working out of the San Diego office. I enjoy staying active, taking advantage of the beach, keeping up to date with pop culture (especially music), and raising a family of myself and my 1.5 year old hamster, Moo!

At Bandsintown I work alongside Alexis in administering Support here at the company by assisting fans, artists, and customers alike. We help make sure our product is in tip top shape by keeping contact with our audience and developers behind the scenes to ensure things are working as they should. Basically, I like for people to have the best experience possible on our platform.
