Home School is an exclusive weekly digital concert series featuring the most compelling new artists from around the world, curated by Tom Windish and School Night. 

The project will feature three handpicked artists for a short recorded live performance and Q&A with the artist.

The series is a partnership between Bandsintown, LA-based concert series School Night, and music executive Tom Windish.

Bandsintown has been a driving force in artist discovery for years, bringing together 58m fans and 530,000 registered artists around the world, using its algorithm to help fans discover new music, events and now livestreams. 

Since COVID started, Bandsintown has been a vocal advocate of livestream as a way to stay in touch with fans and explore new creative opportunities for artists. It booked and produced over 540 artists on its Bandsintown Live channel and helped 15,000 artists market 45,000 live streams via its platform. 

For the past decade, the tastemaker concert series School Night (co-founded by Chris Douridas of KCRW) was the go-to destination in Hollywood to discover the best new artists in the world. Alumni who gave graced the stage in their early days include Lizzo, Dua Lipa, HAIM, LANY, Billie Eilish, JP Saxe, alt-J and Yungblud.  The curated live series is a revered staple in the music community: performing at it is a milestone in a new artists’ career and being in the audience allows the bragging rights to say “I saw them first” and catch the “next big thing.” With COVID-19 shutting down concert venues, we are bringing the series straight to your home.
