PROMOTING YOUR
LIVE STREAMS

Bandsintown enables you to promote and share your live streams just as you do with live shows. This feature opens an income alternative so artists can engage with their fans and perform live, even from a distance.

HIGHLIGHTS

Live stream events can be added when choosing the 'Streaming Event' option, once you click on the 'Add Event' button. After adding your event, the 'Notify Me' button will be automatically displayed on your event’s page on the Bandsintown Concerts fan app, next to the event. Fans will also receive an email and/or push notification as soon as the your live stream is published.

15 minutes before your live stream starts, the ‘Notify Me’ button will be replaced by the ‘Watch Live’ button, and will remain active until your stream ends. Anyone who clicks on the ‘Watch Live’ call-to-action will be redirected to your live event.

A ‘LIVE’ sign will also be displayed next to your event, indicating that live stream is happening at that moment.

And don’t forget to update your artist profile with your streaming platform of choice, so it will appear on your Artist page on the Bandsintown Concerts app.

Adding this information will give fans a direct access to your live streaming platform, so they won’t miss your streams when you’re live.

PROMOTING YOUR LIVE STREAM EVENTS

Bandsintown offers different ways of promoting online live events. With our tools, you’ll be able to:

1. Post to your followers on different platforms at the same time, as well as schedule and target your posts based on location or events.

2. Sync all online events added from your Bandsintown account to your website, so fans can engage and know about upcoming live streams without leaving your site.

3. Promote your upcoming streams with a free webpage, automatically generated, that can be shared all over the Internet and on printed material.

4.) Keep your Facebook followers updated on your streaming dates by syncing the Facebook tab with your Bandsintown’s streaming events.
