The National Independent Venue Association (NIVA) is gathering for its second convention in Washington, DC, July 10 - 12.  Judging from last year’s Cleveland convention debut, it will be a great place to network with some of the top independent venue bookers and promoters from across the country.

Many of the booking agents and music managers that make up The National Independent Talent Organization (NITO) will also be in attendance.

In addition to lots of schmooze time, there will be panels, workshops, and other educational opportunities centered around the business of live music.
