Bandsintown & Fandiem Partner to Support Hispanic Heritage Month

Each year starting in September, National Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated in recognition of Hispanic Americans and their contribution to our history, culture, and diversity. As part of our Bandsintown for Good initiative, we’ve joined forces with Fandiem to amplify the influence and achievements of Hispanic and Latino American musicians through giving. 

“Feel La Cultura” was born from our mission to celebrate Hispanic and Latino American musicians while empowering fans to do good by supporting Hispanic Heritage nonprofits handpicked by them. With every donation, fans will automatically be entered to win unforgettable prizes specially curated by the musicians they love. 

Previously, Bandsintown and Fandiem have partnered to create artist-driven coalitions for Giving Tuesday, F-Covid, & Mental Health Awareness Month which have featured artists such as Pearl Jam, Imagine Dragons, Zedd, Corey Taylor, Common, and many more with nonprofits like To Write Love On Her Arms, Charity Bomb, and The Trevor Project, to raise more than  $800,000 in donations supporting causes that matter to us.

We’re excited to call upon our community of Hispanic and Latino American musicians* to join us in our goal to raise money and build awareness for nonprofits that support the mission of “Feel La Cultura.” Not only is this an opportunity to use your voice to empower your fans to do good but also an opportunity to reward them.

How the process works:

  1. Select a nonprofit that you’d like your sweepstakes to benefit

  2. Choose a unique prize or experience to offer your fans

  3. We create a landing page and assets which all parties share to promote the sweepstakes

  4. We market your sweepstakes up to millions of music fans

  5. We pick winners, take care of prize fulfillment and distribute funds to the nonprofits

*The goal of this campaign is to support and amplify those of Hispanic and/or Latino heritage. Hispanic and Latino artists with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply to join us for this campaign. Artists should have 250k+ followers on social media, 30k+ trackers on BIT, and a fan mailing list. Please reach out to us if you have questions about these restrictions.
