3 Incredible Updates to Our Message Fans Feature
Being able to message your fans is an awesome feature within our manager app, where you can communicate with anyone who has RSVP'd to your concerts on Bandsintown to help you sell more tickets & merch and get fans excited for the show. If you didn't know about it, we're happy to fill you in on all the latest and greatest functionalities we now offer you to keep in touch with your concert-going fans. If you did already know about our message to RSVP'd fans feature, we think you'll be pretty excited to learn more about what's new.
EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS
When messaging fans who have RSVP'd to your upcoming concerts, we'll send out a push notification through the app letting the fans know. In addition, we now send an email to all of those fans and you can reach them several times before and after the show, so there's no way they can miss an update. We're launching this feature as a beta to see how we can better help you to connect with your fans in the future.
ANALYTICS
We love being able to help artists learn more from their tour history and audience. Why should the Message RSVPs feature be any different?! Now you can see how well your message performed through data and analytics. Check out how many fans you reached and how many of them opened your message through the "Analytics" tab in Bandsintown Manager..
CLICKABLITY
You asked and we answered! Now you'll be able to to add a clickable URL to your messages--whether it's a link to buy your latest album or merch, or to point fans to your recent interview. We've also extended the character limit to 1000!
